About The Kingspoint Club

Kingspoint Club, Inc. is owned and supported by its members who are residents of Kingspoint neighborhood. It’s a voluntary organization. About 70% of Kingspoint residents are club members.

Kingspoint Club manages the pool, tennis courts, dock, and recently renovated clubhouse. The Club is run by a volunteer board of about 7 or 8 neighbors which oversees everything from planning Halloween parties to managing club finances (and everything in between).

The Kingspoint neighborhood is enjoying a new dawn in 2009. Significant energy and resources have been devoted to transforming the pool area, including most significantly our new lovely creek-side clubhouse

RESIDENT MEMBERSHIP. If you are a Kingspont resident who would like to join the club, information is available here. If you rent a house in Kingspoint please refer to the Non-Resident pool membership information.

NON-RESIDENT POOL MEMBERSHIP. While membership in the club is reserved for Kingspoint homeowners, a limited number of non-resident memberships are extended to the Williamsburg community. The pool is quiet, and the setting peacefully nestled on the shores of college creek. The pool area features a large 25 meter pool with a diving well, a shaded baby pool, an adjacent playground, tennis courts, and a brand new clubhouse. DOLPHINS SWIM TEAM. Kingspoint is also home to the Dolphins, one of the oldest neighborhood swim clubs in Williamsburg. Although we are not the biggest team in town, we have a lot of spirit and a lot of fun. Swimmers get a lot of personal attention from coaches. Parents enjoy a laid back swim team experience with a dedication to excellence. For information about joining the Dolphins, please click here.
